We tend to prefer the raw materials of our territory: all dishes are made with km0 products that enhance the high quality. The meat is selected from farms in Valdichiana and the pasta is homemade, every day, following the purest rules of the Tuscan culinary tradition.
Specialties
Among the specialties of the house, the chef recommends two ancient recipes linked to peasant cuisine: the peposo alla “Fornacina di Pienza ”, a dish based on beef, red wine and peppercorns, and the infamous fresh Tuscan pasta, pici cacio e pepe.

Our location is the perfect backdrop for important events such as baptisms, communions, confirmations and birthday parties, up to 50 people. Together with our chef, you can create an ad hoc menu for your banquet and choose whether to reserve the internal environment or the outdoor area.
